For a few years, we’ve used a combination of this forum and our UserVoice forum to do two things – provide technical support and gather feedback. We’ve now found an easier, friendlier, and more efficient way to do this – and more.

When we released Nitro PDF Reader, we also launched an all-new user community. Using the Get Satisfaction platform, it’s a one-stop-shop to ask questions, voice concerns, share ideas, and interact with other users and the Nitro team.

We made the decision to move Primo to platform for a few reasons, but the most important one is pretty simple. It makes life easier – for you. This in turn, makes life easier for us.

Expect faster resolutions, even more collective knowledge, and a much easier way to get involved, get answers, spread the word, and help shape the development of our products.

We would like to announce the official release of PrimoPDF v5 which was released this morning. Thank you to all the beta testers for your feedbacks and comments. We hope you enjoy using the new version.

New Features:

• New Drag and Drop conversion functionality
• Improved Save As functionality
• Performance improvement when loading up PrimoPDF interface
• Improved Append and Overwrite functionality
• Support for Windows 7
• New product information dialog
• User options dialog enhancement

If you encounter any bugs, please create a new Post in **NEW** PrimoPDF 5 section.

IMPORTANT:
Please provide as much information as possible such as the application you are printing from, any error messages etc.
