Create PDF window does not appear; adobe doesn't recognize file produced

Hi,
I've installed PrimoPDF on an XP Pro computer and things seemed to have installed OK - but when going into a Word doc and printing to PrimoPDF, the "Create PDF" Window does not show. If I say print to file from the printer window, Adobe V 7 will not open the prn file that is produced ... doesn't recognize the file format.

What did I miss?

Further to my post - I discovered that I had the same problem as Vikker ... my husband and I both have admin accounts. I installed PrimoPDF from my account, but I found the Create PDF window on his account .... so the package is kinda working ... but not from ONE account as it should.

Any suggestions???
