I've run PrimoSetup.exe several times after uninstalling and trying again. Each time, the only files that download are PrimoPDFManual and UninstallPrimoPDF. I have Windows XP, and I also tried to download the 64-bit installer, but received error that I have 32-bit system. Additionally, sent email to Webmaster, but was undeliverable. Please help. Thanks

I don't have an answer, but I do have the same problem :(
I have previously installed this software on this same computer and it ran without any problems. Now I can't get the program itself to install -- only the manual and the uninstall routine.
What gives

Just to clarify, after running the installer you do not see a printer named PrimoPDF?

Before replying to your post I made yet another attempt to download and install PrimoPDF.
I don't know what happened the first three times, but it seems the 4th time was the charm -- not the 3rd (LOL). :)
Everything appears to be working OK at this point. :D
I was wondering if IE-7 might be causing the problem, however that must not be the case. I guess we'll never know what happened earlier, but I'm up-and-running OK now.
Thanx
