What Happened?

I'm running XP and installed primo pdf from your site, but it is not to be found on my system. The instruction pdf is on desktop, but nothing else. Not in programs in start menu or in program files either.

Did a repair, reboot, and still no change.

The icon on your desktop is a shortcut. If you right-click it and get the properties, you'll see the location of the actual files. Also, the program is accessed mainly by the File > Print command from within other programs - choose "PrimoPDF" as the printer to make a .pdf file. There is no start menu item or other shortcut directly to PrimoPDF. The other way to access the program (to change settings, etc.) is through Control Panel > Printers.
