ECCN Request for PrimoPDF ...

I was wondering where I could send a request for an Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for PrimoPDF? I would like to install it on a computer at work but IT requires the ECCN before I can install it.

I submitted this question last week but there seems to have been a problem with the forum (spam attack?) and I cannot find it anymore. So apologies to everybody who has already read this ...

The ECNN is 5D992.

Is there any way you could send me an e-mail address to which somebody in IT can send the ECCN request to get an "official" e-mail from you? I think they sent something to webmaster@primopdf.com but never heard back.

You can see my e-mail address ... right? If so, you could send it there to keep it private.

I will also check whether your post is sufficient.
