not recognizing my font

I'm trying to convert an excel document to pdf using primopdf and it isn't recognizing the font I'm using, the pdf just comes up blank. When I switch the text to a more common font (arial) it works pefectly. Is there anyway I can get it to recognize the font I'd like to use Adobe JenMM?

you may want to select the 'pre-press' option when converting the document to pdf as this will embed the fonts.

that still didn't work. Any other ideas how I could get it to work with this font?
