I just installed primo pdf and created a pdf from a word doc that includes a hyperlink. The link doesn't work. I was able to do this with a previous version of primo pdf.

Hope this helps.
Use the online converter.
Primo sends it back to you by e-mail.
To open the Trust Manager preferences, choose Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Reader > Preferences (Mac OS), and select Trust Manager on the left. Under internet access from PDF files outside the web browser> choose the change settings button. Choose allow all web sites

Choosing thise option will
Allow Opening Of Non-PDF File Attachments With External Applications When selected, allows file attachments to start external applications when you open the files. You must have the external applications to open the files.

You can access these directions by the help file under: Viewing searching and saving PDFs> viewing PDFs> restrict URLs and attachments> scroll down on this page and look at trust manager preferences.

Just write entire url link and insert hyperlink. Ex.: http://www.google.com
If you use just a word, like Google, it don't work.
