Remove old version - how?

Seems like I can't WinXP Control Panel remove program PrimoPDF v.2.
Add/remove programs shows 2 PrimoPDF versions, each a different size but when eithe ris selected to be removed, it warns that the v.3.1 is the one that will evaporate.

I can provide a jpg screen shot that shows all these files and even sizes.

Docs and Settings/Owner/Start Menu/Programs
has one version under activePDF/PrimoPDF
and anonter version under PrimoPDF

What is safe to delete?
I'll say UGH & DUH to a complete uninstall/reinstall hassle!

You can try using Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to remove v2 from the list.

You can download this Utility at:
> http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

Once you have downloaded and installed Windows Installer CleanUp Utility.
Start the program and go down the list and click on the PrimoPDF v2 and remove it from the list.

Just so you're aware, the latest version of PrimoPDF is 4.1.0.11.
