Whenever I manually check for updates, I get an error message that PrimoPDF is unable to contact its update servers. I'm running XP SP3 with IE 8.

Yes, there seems to be problem on Nitro's end. I will get in contact with someone from the company to have them check the updating server. It's probably turned off.

Nevertheless, you can download the latest version from download.com. (v4.1.0.11)
