Printer Won't Intall Windows Vistia

Getting an "unable to install printer primopdf primoport 1797" error when trying to install 4.1.0.11. I just got my computer with Windows Vista. I tried doing what was recommended in the tread "Error installing 4.1.0.11 on XP". However my computer has the proper path variable.

What do I need to do?
