Error message "An internal Error Occured"

I have recently bought a new Dell Studio Laptop running on Vista. I had Adobe reader 9 version installed. I downloaded the latest version of Primo PDF. When I try print to PDF this error message comes up: "an internal error occured". I tried upgrading to Adobe reader 9.1 but the same issue exists.
I had Primo PDF installed on my previous Laptop running on XP and it worked perfectly. Help!:confused:

Same here. This needs to be corrected ASAP.

Same problem since upgrading to Adobe 9.1. Primo PDF closes and doesn't create a pdf document. Am runing Windows XP. :mad::(
