Installed ok and running but can't create PDF

PrimoPDF installed successfully and both PrimoPDF.exe and PromoRun.exe are running as shown in Wondows Task Manager. However, when I open a Word document and select PrimoPDF as the printer and press OK to print, nothing happens. Help!

What operating system are you using and what version of MS office do you have installed?

Would you be able to send me the file for testing? I will PM you details shortly.
