****o,
I am having a problem installing PrimoPDF onto NT workstations. Halfway through the installation an error occurs, which reads: "An error (-5004 : 0x7e) has occured while running setup. Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications."
I would be very grateful for any help on this matter.
Thanks in advance.

NT has proven to be a different OS than we planned the installer for. As of now we do not currently support this configuration.

TWIMC:

I have installed RedMon with ghostscript 8.14 on an NT system to redirect printer output to PDF document.

You may need a driver for a PostScript printer like the Apple Color LaserWriter 12/600 from,

http://www.mbnet.fi/ajuriapaja/info.asp?AID=246&TID=2551&OS=3

The instructions on how to set up your redirection monitor are at:

http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/redmon/en/redmon.htm

You will need to install RedMon and also ghostscript:

GhostScript:

I used the AFPL version 8.14

RedMon

It is a little more work but seems to be working so far, at least until the installer for PrimoPDF with NT support is available.

God Bless,
Mark
