I went to the Printers and Faxes control panel on my networked XP computer and said add printer, and the wizard popped up. Elsewhere it was recommended I create a printer and port it through PrimoPDF, but the wizard just asks me if I want to use a local or network printer. The local option is greyed and not available, while the network option asks me which of the printers I can already print from I'd like to add. This shouldn't be! Any advice?

Sounds like a permissions issue while installing.
Log in as Local admin and reinstall. Likely the driver files were unable to be copied to your spool directory or the registry keys weren't created.

When I install primoPDF on an XP machine the printer doesn't show up. I tried this with a user with administrative rights and also as administrator. Any suggestions? I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
Thanks...Sue
