Support for Acrobat 8

The PDF that PrimoPDF produces is not properly recognized by Acrobat Reader 8. The only display elements from the source Word document that appear in the PDF output, as displayed by Acrobat Reader 8, were the running footers.

What is required to get PrimoPDF to work with Acrobat Reader 8.
