Saves Files as 0k

When I print/save any file, the file is saved as 0k pdf. I can see the file saved to the correct folder, but I cannot then open the file with adobe because it is 0k. I am running Windows Vista. Please help.

Philip, I'm guessing you don't have admin rights on your PC. You need to have the Write permission to c:\program files\activepdf\, in addition the the standard rights all users have.
