Multi page printing to same PDF file

E.g. AutoCAD users may need to print several drawings to a single PDF file, it would be nice to have an option like this, for example an "add to existing PDF" option which will prompt to select an earlier saved PDF file and will "add" the actual print to it, lets say as the second page in the earlier saved PDF.

I second the above request! An "add to existing PDF"-option would be very useful. (Or as an alternative: A way to combine two existing PDF-files.)

I've also been looking for this functionality. I've just installed v3.1, & there it is!! From the looks of the download link (download.com) it's new to v3.1.

"Append to existing" is a new feature now added to version 3.1 which is the latest version available for download on the main site.
