Inclusion in a PC Image

I'm aware of the licensing regarding distribution of the product with a silent installer (i.e. for Radia, SMS or ZENWorks), but what about distribution of the product within a PC Image (i.e. Ghost)? What is the licensing postion here?

I take it that as there is no response, it is okay to use the software incorporated into a Ghost image?
