Prints same old document no matter what we are trying to print.

confused:
On my laptop, I attempt to print a pdf file and store in my documents. Every time the subject matter printed is the same old file from the past. I have deleted primo.pdf and reinstalled but it still happens. The new document that I want printed does not print and the old document shows up instead.
Suggestions?

What OS are your running?

There is a temp file (temp.ps) in the program files\activepdf\primopdf directory that is deleted after every conversion. Please check if it is there. If so, there is an permissions problem with the directory where files can not be deleted or over-written. If the file is there, manually delete the file and try converting a couple of files. If the problem repeats, try changing permissions on the directory to allow everyone complete access and try again.
