Hi there

A great tool, and (as someone else said, the right price).

Now, am I doing something wrong?
I've installed PrimoPDF on Windows 2000, and it works fine, with one exception. Any characters in any of the PS type 1 fonts (courier, times, helvetica, etc) disappear.

They're not rendered at all - just blank space, unselectable with the text tool in Acrobat.

Any ideas?

Same problem exists with PrimoPDF installed in Windows XP SP1. NO PS Type 1 fonts used in an original document appear in the PrimoPDF created PDF.

If both truetype and PS Type 1 fonts are used in the original document, only the truetype will appear in the PrimoPDF created PDF with just blank space appearing instead of any PS Type 1 font characters.

I'm not sure on this one, I'll have to look into it a bit more. Try installing a different printer driver to handle the PS conversion. Also I would recommend downloading GSView from ghostgum Software and taking a look at your Temp.ps file to make sure the font is available there.
