Suddenly Stopped Working -- printer error

I've had Primo about a week now and it downloaded and let me convert files successfully. Out of the blue now when I am in Word and try to "print" to Primo the printer error balloon comes up at the bottom of the scree with no specific message as to what the issue is so I don't how to fix since I don't know what the problem is.

I tried re-booting but no difference. Any ideas?

Try reinstalling PrimoPDF again to see if that resolves the issue.

Also what version of MS Office are you running?
