When I click on the drop down button to change the destination folder of the created PDF document or if I want to do that to merge documents, my screen just blinks and the box to choose the new location never comes up. My pop-up blocker is turned off. Pelase help. thanks

Make sure the the Save as destination doesn't contain 'two backward slash'
See example:
C:\\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Desktop\Test.pdf
Remove the extra backward slash then click on the button select destination.
It should look like this below:
C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Desktop\Test.pdf
