I recently reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled a clean OS-Vista Businiess. After installing Primo PDF, the following problems occurred when trying to use it: When hitting the save as button, I got a window that said "Location not available". The window went on to say that: c:\windows\system32\config\system profile\desktop referred to a location that was unavailable yadda, yadda, yadda. When I click ok, and ok to print the pdf, I get an internal error occurred window, then an error message saying that Adobe reader stopped working. This continues to happen despite uninstalling and reinstalling Primo twice. What gives? Although I love this product, I've been tempted to just try out one of the competitor's products...
