Vista 64 bit installation issue

I have exactly the same problem. I have applied some of the solutions from other threads i.e. rename temp file, change UAC settings etc. These fixes do not work. I have also re-installed but no joy. Windows keeps telling me it is looking for a solution but nothing happens.

There are several posts with similar issues but none seem to be specific to Vista 64 bit. If anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated.

What you can do is download Process Monitor and see might be causing the issue when attempting to run PrimoPDF.

Let us know what you find.

OK I have downloaded Process Monitor, set filters for PrimoRun.exe and PrimoPDF.exe and attempted to print with PrimoPDF. I have saved the logfile as CSV and autofiltered the results. There are several event entries with the result showing as PATH NOT FOUND or NO SUCH FILE which do not seem right but I am not sure what I am looking for or what exactly am I supposed to do with all this now...? :confused:
