I love Primo PDF and have told lots of people in my company about it. I am currently using Primo PDF in conjunction with a keystroke-recorder software program to create hundreds and hundreds of proposals to customers. It works beautifully until I get to the print pop-up window. Because I'm using a keystroke-recorder software program, I don't want to give each document a unique name, I want to just hit the enter key to accept the name it has given the document. The problem is it sometimes creates a new, unique name for the document but it sometimes re-uses a previous name...which then causes a pop-up asking if the existing file should be over-written. I went into Options and told it to always append to the previous file, but it still sometimes starts a new file name and sometimes re-uses a previous name. I need it to consistently do the same thing every time, whether it creates a new file name or re-use the existing and appends. Either way is fine, I just need it to be consistent. Right now it is naming the documents something like this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\image[1].pdf
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\image[2].pdf
and I can't tell why it decides to sometimes re-use the name image[2] versus creating new name image[3]. Any suggestions? Thank you!
