Sometimes when using Primo PDF to convert a web page I get the message "Illegal charicters in path" and the application simply closes when I try to "Create PDF".
Any suggestions please?

It should still convert to PDF regards. Try disabling the notification by going to Options > Advanced in the PrimoPDF interface.
For your reference:
Display Invalid Character Notification. If selected, if any invalid characters (e.g. %, <, *) exist in the original file path, PrimoPDF will display a dialog notifying you that an invalid character was encountered.
NOTE: This setting determines whether or not an error message is displayed when an invalid character is encountered in the original file path. PrimoPDF will always replace any invalid characters in the new file path with the underscore character ("_").
