vista64 issues

I have tried unsuccessfully to install this program several times. I see where there is an indication that there are 2 different programs, one for 32 bit systems and one for 64 bit systems and it states clearly be sure to install the correct one for your operating system however I have seen only once that the 64 bit program is included with the download but when you install the software there is not a choice. I have heard this software works well but I cant seem to make it work. I am running vista 64 ultimate, with an AMD 9850 4x, 6 gigs of ram, and an ati 4850 GPU, Norton 360. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? (Other than using vista). The software will install but will not create a PDF it stalls at the print queue. help please

Correct, the installer for PrimoPDF 32-bit & 64-bit are both the same installer. We only ship separate installers for MSI and API.

I have installed PrimoPDF on 2 Vista (64-bit) test machines and they seem to work fine. Have you tried disabling your UAC to see if that makes any difference?

Does this happen with every file you try to print PrimoPDF?
