I downloaded the exe file but when I go to open it the system just burps at me with no error message. I have Windows XP on a Japanese OS. It downloads to the desktop. Other exe file that I could open recently was Firefox (English version), though PDFcamp from VeryPDF also give me an error message consisting of question marks when I try to open it. Is this a Japanese OS issue? The same exe file installs no problem on an English OS.
