I can't include printers marks.

I have produced an A5 book in Publisher 2003,(os XP), for professional printing.
How do I output to a larger paper size so that printers marks are printed? If I choose A4 the page layouts are changed.

To print to A5, open the document in Publisher and do the following:

1. Go to File > Print
2. Select PrimoPDF as your Printer name and click on Properties button
3. Under the Paper/Quality tab click on Advanced button
4. Select A5 in the down drop list for Paper size.
5. Click OK twice and then Print button.
