I'm trying to install and keep getting the error:
"Unable to install printer PrimoPDF - Printer Port - PrimoPDF: (999)"
Can you help me?

Sorry. To give more details, I'm on Windows XP, SP3.
The only other printer installed is a Canon MP210.

Read this post and see if that helps.

Yeah, I had already looked at that one. Didn't help.
Couple more details to help hopefully:
-The install process does not complete. This error leads to an abort of the install process.
-I have gone through the whole registry removing any references to PrimoPDF before trying to install.
-This is not a networked computer so everything should have full access.
-I have installed a PS printer.

Can you send me the PrimInsInfo.txt file from C:\Program Files\Nitro PDF\PrimoPDF? Hopefully this would tell us something.

Here's what was in it. Is this what you need?
CommandLine: C:\Program Files\Nitro PDF\PrimoPDF
DriverFile: 1
ConfigFile: 1
HelpFile: 1
DataFile: 1
NTFFILE: 1
CopyMonitor32Dir: 1
InstallMonitor: 1
InstallDriver: 1
InstallPort: 0
InstallPrinter: 0

Here are the details shown on my machine.
CommandLine: C:\Program Files\Nitro PDF\PrimoPDF
DriverFile: 1
ConfigFile: 1
HelpFile: 1
DataFile: 1
NTFFILE: 1
CopyMonitor32Dir: 1
InstallMonitor: 1
InstallDriver: 1
InstallPort: 0
InstallPrinter: 1
Only thing I can see that is different is InstallPrinte:1 line (last line)
Try clicking on PrimDel in C:\Program Files\Nitro PDF\PrimoPDF. Once that completes, click on PrimInst.
Let me know if that works.

My apologies for the late response.
You would probably need to run Procmon during your installation to see what is really happening in the background to determine what the cause is.

You might like to try installing the latest beta version to see if that resolves your problem before attempting the procmon solution.
