I am getting a -18 error

When I try to convert a word document to a PDF file, I get a Primo PDF error -18. I do not know how to solve this problem I uninstalled the rpograma and installed it again but nothing seems to work.

Can anyone help me?

Can you let me know when exactly you get this error message?

Was it after you clicked on Create PDF button on the PrimoPDF interface?

What operating system are you using?
