Vista Home Basic
I have downloaded, installed, (repeat 2nd time), and still get a message, "Primo has stopped working, and then it shuts down.
I can't even get started to get to the problem areas that the Vista workaround addresses.
Ideas?

P.S. Haven't tried to manually clean the registry, but did delete Program Files folder before re-installing.
