vista install - error message

primoPDF has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

WTF? Fresh install. deleted the previous version first. please advise.

Can you please advise when exactly your encounter this error message?

Are you using Windows Vista O/S? If so, try granting write and read access to default temp directory "C:\Windows\Temps\' and try again.

Let me know how it all goes.
