I have installed PrimoPDF with no errors shown during installation. When I attempt to print a document to the PrimoPDF printer it appears to be operating fine and does not show any errors, but the PrimoPDF dialog box does not appear to allow me to configure the PDF location, options, etc. As far as I can see no PDF file is being created. I do see the usual printer icon appear in the tray area.
I have uninstalled PrimoPDF, rebooted and then reinstalled to ensure there is no installation issue and this has the same result --- no PDF is created, no PrimoPDF options dialog box appears when I attempt to print.
I have tried printing from MS Word 2003, IE and Google Chrome. I am running MS XP, SP3.
Please provide instructions for diagnosing the problem.
