The entire message is "Unable to install printer PrimoPDF - PrimoPort: - PrimoPDF: (1082),

any idea what this means or how to correct ?

Check your event logs and see if it gives you anymore information about error message.

Post your information for me so I can take a closer look at it to see if I can find anything out of the ordinary.
