not creating a PDF file

I have VISTA and cannot seem to get PrimoPDF to work. I went through the installation process & received the message that i was ready to go. But nothing happens. I get an error message that only a Tech Guru would be able to figure out... not a layman computer user like me. Bummed that it does not work. :(

I also got Vista Home Bollocks, used to be Home Basic until everyone realised gates***** has ripped us all off again. I also got stupid nerd messages. The primo converter is in my printer files, though, so it seems to have downloaded ok. Then when I click on them to select them the file I wish to save as PDF gets saved as a prn file, like .prn, not.pdf. When I lookede in properties to see what it was, where it say FILE TYPE, it just says FILE. I am gonna slap it accross the room in a miniute. Bummed doesn't adequately describe this ****e. My feeling is probably what you think also, we Home Bollocks fools is gonna get nothing but more Bollocks, we will never see our pubs as jpegs in this life. Thankyou gates*****.prn

I only installed it yesterday and i feel like doing the same thing.... slap it accross the room.... whenever i go to print window, i choose PrimoPDF and ok then the primopdf windows comes up and i save the file and then click 'create pdf' and the icon disappears. nothing happens. i try other options but i cant even find the primopdf installer in my system. i re installed it again today and i still get the same results. i have a document created from windows 2007 which i need to send to someone via email but they have windows 2003 so they cant open it unless its a pdf file, i dont know how to convert it into the pdf file so i can email it. the print option sux, i thought i was dumb at computers but then i thought, im the human with the brain not my laptop and i am doing everything i can so im not dumb at computers after all. stupid primopdf!:cool:
