Extracting Program error

After downloading Primo Pro I selected RUN and while extracting the file I received "Decoding error=1" and the extraction stopped. I am running XP with all the updates Home version on a Dell Inspiron Laptop 500m.

How big in size is the file you downloaded?
The file might be corrupted so I recommend you try downloading the installation file again just to be sure.
