Have installed PrimoPDF on to a Windows XP Pro machine. Everything installs perfectly but when I go to create a PDF I am asked for a save location before being presented with a DLL error. There is no other error information available apart from the words 'DLL error'.
Any ideas?

Sounds like it's having a hard time loading the Ghostscript DLL. Open your registry and navigate to HKLM->Software->AFPL Ghostscript and make sure the value in both keys point to the correct dll on your system.

Thanks for the reply.
I have finally gotten around to looking at this after an extremely hectic schedule. Now I have gotten it to work.
I found the problem does not lie with the Registry but with folder permissions. I run a strict limited user regime on my systems and changing the permission of the folder to Modify was enough to get this working.
The program works excellently by the way.

That would explain it. The temp file was not being properly created because of permission issues. Hence the dll recieves a null parameter for the input source. Thanks for the legwork, I'll make sure this gets noted.

I also get the DLL error. I know how to open regedit, but not sure which keys to alter. Also how is the folder permissions done? Think of me as knowing enough to dig myself into a hole, but not enough to get out of it.
I'm using multiple accounts on an XP machine.

Make sure you program files\activepdf\primopdf folder and all subsequent folders have access permissions for each user on the machine. Also make sure that the registry key referenced above is accessable by all users as well.
