How do I combine files to have print as one pdf?

You will need to use the append feature to combine your PDF documents when printing.
I recommend you download the v5 beta from
http://primopdf.com/beta_popup.htm
To append a document, when creating a PDF, make sure that you use the same filename of the file which you want to append to.
