Greetings --

I installed PrimoPDF on a multi-user/id family computer. I did form my which is
an admin id --

When when of the other id (non-admin) tried to print to the "primopdf" printer nothing happen -- which was the apperence. I then toggled over to my id and the primopdf pop-up was there waiting for the name of the pdf file to correct

Did I miss something durring install? How to I get the request for the PDF file name to happen on the ID requesting the output?

You will need to grant read/write permission for the non admin user. The following folders need permission.

C:\Program Files\Nitro PDF\PrimoPDF
C:\Windows\Temp\

Have you tried the latest beta version? Try that and see if that resolves the issue without having to grant permission.
