Print Driver Installer

I am using Windows XP Ver 2002 Service pack 2.

When attempting to install PrimoPDF I am getting the message
Print Driver Installer
Unable to install printer PrimoPDF - PrimoPort: -Primo PDF :(1802)

Does anyone know what I need to do to fix the problem?:

EXACT same message and issue with me installing it on my SP2 XP computer here,

No need to re-write it mine is word for word the same error message upon installation even down to the (1802) part.

Anyone have a solution or fix for this? I have been using the online version but its slow and buggy, strange enough it works best at 2am when others aren't also trying to use it, so I thought I would download the program vs the online version yet can't install it for the same reason as above 2 users.

I tried this on 2 different pcs same issue, ended up just using pdf online dot com works great and is fast.

When you go to the list of Printers and Faxes, do you see the PrimoPDF printer listed? If you do, the install completed and the error 1802 indicates that you are trying to install the printer more than once. PrimoPDF should then have displayed the manual which provides instructions on the use of the PrimoPDF printer to convert documents.

Everyone should look at Lance's response -- it says we get the error message because we already installed the program and didn't realize. His note is at the very bottom. I now saved to my desktop and it should work.:) Hopefully!

When I went to my printer menu, like Lance said, there it was -- ready to go!!! I just couldn't see in program files, etc.
