Hyperlink won't connect- path changed?

I have hyperlinks embedded in to a powerpoint file that connect correctly. I uploaded the file to primoonline and received the converted PDF file. The PDF shows the link, but the path to these links somehow changed during the PDF conversion and now the links won't connect. "New" link looks like: /C:/WINDOWS/PDF360/Temp/192.168.1.117-DocObj/eb63b5fd01d74686acb39802519f4769/Web links/Cabo San Lucas, Mexico - Royal Caribbean International.mht.

Any ideas on how to correct so the links will work?
