Hi,
I'm unable to install PrimoPdf on my new HP Windows Vista system.
I get an unable to install printer port (1797) message.
I looked through the forum and tried the posted solutions (making sure my path environment variables are pointed to system32/wbem and making sure that framedyn.dll is in windows system32 directory; and editing the Nitro PDF folder to ensyre every user/group has full control) but still unable to install
What do I need to do to get it working?
