I'm using the free version but background colors and images are not retained. Does the paid version retain backgrounds?
Thanks!

The Nitro PDF Professional uses a different conversion technology to PrimoPDF. You can download and try it out free for 14-days and see if that works.

If that doesn't work, let me know and I will assist you further.

I accept with information:. When prompted for a destination, navigate to your desktop and click OK.
1. On the desktop, double-click the file named PrimoSetup.exe.
2. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
System requirements:
- Microsoft Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, or Windows Vista.
- A minimum of 30 MB of available disk space.
NOTE: Additional disk space may be required, depending on the size and type of files being converted.
- We recommend uninstalling any previous versions of PrimoPDF prior to installing PrimoPDF version 3.2.
