Drag and drop not working

After installing PrimoPDF 5, all features worked just fine. Suddenly, today the drag and drop feature stopped working. I tried overwriting the files by reinstalling but to no avail.. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the software. Didn't help. I absolutely loved that freature!:confused: Wondering why the techs at primo have no comment on this issue!

Can you check to see if the other features are still working as well?

Does this happen regardless of what type of file you are dragging and dropping?

Need a little help please...how do I code it so I can drag and drop a file into a textfield and then display the name of the file in the textfield?
