Our application uses the PrimAPI lib to print our custom reports to PDF format. Generally it works well. However, we have many reports from users in the field who are not getting PDFs output and are not receiving any error indication. This is becomng a huge issue for development and support. So far we are unable to see anything unusual on the machines of those users we've been able to contact. We have enabled the Primo logging for one user and have captured the log file but we are unable to interpret it. We need help! Should we just paste the log contents on this thread? How should be proceed?
