Ver 5 will not create PDF FILES

I have run version 3 for years without any problem, but now when I try to print anything with version 5, it will only create a .PRN file, and NEVER a PDF FILE!

What in the world happened to this previously great utility? Version 5 is completely useless in this PRN mode.

I Tried to Uninstall version 5, but it also had affected my version 3 printer driver, so now I cant PRINT PDF Files with Primo anymore/

What am I doing wrong? I cant believe version 5 got so messed up! It doesn not give any other option than PRN files

I am not sure why it is creating a .PRN file. This is the first time I came across this issue. What are the chances of me logging onto your machine to have a closer inspection of the problem.

I was having the same problem. I just uninstalled and then reinstalled and it works fine.
