I get this message when I open primoPDF:
"To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v2.0.50727

PrimoPDF requires .Net to be installed. So, open Internet Explorer and go to WindowsUpdate and choose 'Custom' rather than Express and install ALL critical fixes and ensure the .Net is selected too.

Once all the Windows updates are on and the system rebooted PrimoPDF should work fine.
