Make the internet access requirement optional

The latest version requires internet access. The only visible reason that I see for this is to update the advertisement on the print control panel. This access is a nuisance since I must enter a userID and password for each internet access on my network. I would like to see this access made optional if it can't be eliminated in the next upgrade. In the meantime, I will continue to use version 2.0 instead of upgrading to 3.1.

The access to the Internet is optional and not a requirement to use PrimoPDF.

There are great fixes and features found only in 3.1.
