****o, I need to convert a .doc file to .pdf, but this program won't allow me to do so because the file is larger than 1 mb. It's only letterhead which contains one logo, one picture, and an address. I need to convert the file to .pdf so I can send it to the printer asap. How can I get this file converted? Can you email me the answer at kcoyne@theCIAclub.com?
Thank you.

Posting an answer to an email message defeats the purpose of a forum, so the response is being posted here.
There isn't any limitations being set by PrimoPDF on the number of pages, file size, or the number of appends to the created PDF. PrimoPDF testing demonstrates that large files (15MB), pages (+4000), appends (20) can be done successfully, and done repeatedly. It is possible that there are problems if these numbers are exceeded, but all reports of problems are well below these numbers. NOTE: In the case of the processing of very large files, it will take minutes to get the popup and then to convert to PDF even with a fast processor, so be patient.
We have not received any specific information (system error messages, test files, etc.) as to why several people have reported problems in this area. The guess is that there are system resource limitations (memory is the most likely, but perhaps disk space maybe another) that is limiting the the file processing size.
Any volunteers interesting in helping to investigating this issue, please get back to me.
